To secure your appointment, Brighton Beautiful takes a £100 deposit for all appointments, refundable against treatment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you to call us 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment to another patient. Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. 

Late arrival for your appointment may result in reduced treatment time or the forfeiting of the appointment. 

If a genuine reason prevents you from attending your appointment at the last minute, your deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
