Thank you for booking with Dr Karla Clinic. We will do everything possible to ensure that you are in excellent hands.

We always strive to go above and beyond for our patients and are generally happy to accommodate changes in circumstances and schedules. That being said, we are a busy practice and want to ensure that we are fair to each and every patient.

Payment

A deposit of £50 is required to book appointments. This amount will be deducted from the treatment in the appointment. Card details are stored by Adyen (a global payments processor) – these details are not visible to our staff. By continuing with your booking, you agree to pay the appointment charge stated (or more if you receive different/extra services) once they have been received. You also confirm that you are using a card registered in your own name.

If you booked your treatment as part of an existing treatment course, you will not be charged on checkout – the treatment will be deducted from your course.

Cancelations, Rebookings & No Shows

If you miss your appointment, rebook or cancel within 48 hrs, you agree to us charging your card £50 for appointments that are free of charge or not returning the deposit fee or, in the case of a treatment that is part of a course, forfeiting that treatment. This applies to all appointments including those free of charge e.g. reviews. If payment is not successful you consent to us continuing to try to take payment from your card until successful. No further services can be accessed whilst payment is outstanding. For treatments that are part of a course, the treatment is forfeited instead of the charge.
