Overview
They say that businesses take on the DNA of their teams; there is no better proof point than Nakedhealth. A passionate, caring group… many of whom have been with the clinic for more than a decade.

There’s a rhythm at the clinic. A sort of focus and attention to detail that contribute to the clinic’s immaculate presentation. And it’s noticeable before you walk in, with double shopfront glass showing a classic reception that stands in contrast to busy Wimbledon streets. But step inside and the noise is drowned out. A quiet waiting area – tea and all – sets the right tone for all clients, longstanding and new.

What is trust?
Trust is a funny thing. How is it that after just a few minutes at Nakedhealth, your shoulders drop? But they do. And not just on the first visit. We’ve had the pleasure of visiting several times. Each leaves us with the same feeling: calm, respected, refreshed.
Perhaps it’s the result of a team that have, between them, nearly 100 years of practice experience. Such expertise is rare in an industry that can otherwise be marred by high staff turnover and short-lived client relationships. But become part of Nakedhealth and you’ll be doing well to outlast your consultant’s tenure.

A bit of old, a bit of new
Perhaps most notable is the fact that Nakedhealth turned 20 this year. They’ve lived through generations of industry progress – new healthcare technologies, new treatment protocols, new client expectations. And while there is a certain classic-ness about Nakedhealth’s brand, there is no lack of appetite for change.

Time and again we bear witness to both flexibility and creativity in the face of challenge and opportunity. We’ve seen the team push through novelty, adapting their ways of working, and reimagining the future of Nakedhealth to the benefit of their clients… the kind of attitude that we imagine will see them through to their 30th anniversary in the near future.

About this review
This review is authored by Coherent Healthcare. We are committed to promoting the highest quality of healthcare in the UK and work in partnership with practice leaders to improve clinic efficiency to the benefit of all patients.
