My goal is to provide quality treatments to all my clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only myself, but other patients as well. 

Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Missed Appointment Policy/Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call or whatsapp myself, Dr. Stephanie, as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call or whatsapp at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. 

How to Cancel your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or whatsapp Dr Stephanie on 07469420656 between the hours of 9am-7pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. I will return your call as soon as possible. 

Late Cancellations/No-Shows 

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a £30 missed appointment fee. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. 

Booking appointments 

I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a future appointment. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 48 hour notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another future appointment. However, if you do not cancel with at least 48 hour notice or miss your appointment without cancelling, you will lose any payments you have already made.

If you cancel within 48 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded and you will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of appointment.
