Dr Chaban Private Practice - Terms and Conditions
Thank you for booking with Dr Chaban. We will do everything possible to ensure that your child is in excellent hands.
We always strive to go above and beyond for our patients and will do everything possible to accommodate changes in circumstances and schedules. That being said, we are a busy practice and want to ensure that we are fair to each and every patient.
Booking
Kindly request a booking with either Dr Chaban (if urgent) or his medical secretary via email (privatepractice@drchaban.co.uk) or Whatsapp. We do not take a deposit at the time of booking.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Should you need to reschedule or cancel, we do not charge a fee but ask that you kindly notify either Dr Chaban or the medical secretary ASAP. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requested alternative time.
Late arrivals
We do everything possible to ensure that your child is given maximum time and attention but please note that late arrival for your appointment may result in reduced treatment time if another patient is waiting.
Payment
We kindly ask you to settle your bill at our consulting rooms immediately following your appointment. We are able to claim from certain insurance companies on your behalf but our preference is always for you to settle your bill and then to claim directly from your insurer. Unfortunately we cannot claim on your behalf for Bupa Global, Cigna or Aetna. Thank you for your understanding.
