Thank you for booking with The Goldsmith Clinic. We will do everything possible to ensure that you are in excellent hands.
We always strive to go above and beyond for our patients and are generally happy to accommodate changes in circumstances and schedules. That being said, we are a busy practice and want to ensure that we are fair to each and every patient.
Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellations
Please note that when making a booking we take a deposit. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you to call us 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment to another patient. Failure to give the full notice will result in the full amount being charged. When making a first time booking we take a refundable reservation fee, if you should need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you to contact us 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment to another patient. Failure to give the full notice will result in a late cancellation fee of £25.
Late Arrivals
We do everything possible to ensure that you are given maximum time and attention but please note that late arrival for your appointment may result in reduced treatment time or the forfeiting of the appointment if another patient is waiting.
Payment
We kindly ask you to settle your bill immediately following your appointment, if you have not already done so.
