Day or night, The Row Dental is on call

Twenty-four seven

When you think about dentistry, “24/7” probably doesn’t spring to mind. More likely… long wait times, limited availability, and extra costs for out-of-hours treatment come to mind. But there’s another way.

Perfectly accessible by tram in downtown Edinburgh is The Row Dental, a practice led by husband and wife who probably care more about your teeth than you do. It’s only a few years old but hasn’t missed a beat in establishing precedent for a new standard in dentistry: 24/7.

Day or night, The Row’s patient coordinator is on call. Or, more aptly, on WhatsApp. Sunday night – no problem. Send a message, get an answer.

On the front foot

In an industry that relies on repeat visits, it can be easy to stagnate. But the status quo can kill, an outlook in abundance at The Row where the team are constantly looking forward to best serve their clients… from clinical care to back-office systems – patients to payments – and everting in between.

This belief is perhaps best experienced in the top floor office, orchid and all, where patients discuss their personal treatment plan adjacent aspect windows with sunlight bursting in.

“We wanted to make sure that patients have a private space to discuss their treatment journey. Privacy allows for honest dialogue and discussion, ensuring out patients leave feeling confident about what lies ahead.”

A Covid baby itself, The Row Dental has already enjoyed welcoming hundreds of patients to the clinic – many referred by word of mouth (terrific teeth, and all). It is the kind of place that you can be excited about recommending your partner – friend – neighbor – name it! – to, confident that they’ll deliver on the promise.
